James "Lou" G. Stiles was born in Stillwater, MN on September 1, 1951.  He passed away on April 14, 2019 after a long battle with diabetes complications.  Jim grew up in Stillwater and attended Stillwater High School.  He was a graduate of 916 Vo-Tech School.  In 1976, Jim moved to Baytown, TX and opened a roofing company.  He returned to Minnesota in 2003 and eventually settled in Boardman, WI.  Jim was an employee of Washington County until his declining health forced an early retirement.  Jim enjoyed sports including golf, NASCAR and watching his favorite Minnesota teams, the Vikings and Twins!!  He also enjoyed classic cars and fantasy football.  Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Gail Stiles; sisters Ethel M. Anderson and Ruth D. Mausolf.  He is survived and greatly issed by siblings Shirley (Bob) Kallem, Harold Stiles, twin brother John (Deb) Stiles, Carla Stiles and Marcia (Larry) Lindblad, many nieces, nephews and friends.  A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd at 11 a.m. at the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center, 3712 Layton Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN
